Comments on: Ninja Blender and Food Processor

I bought three Ninja Master Prep units for Christmas presents and an additional one for myself. Although the informational material and the boxes all said that a recipe book is included, none of the four came with the recipe books. The manual that came with it said additional recipes are available online, I am unable to find them. Please help.

I am considering buying a Ninja Master Prep. I currently have the need for a blender, food processor and coffee grinder and would like to buy one appliance to meet all 3 needs if possible. Will the Ninja also grind coffee beans?

I just purchased my ninja and was very excited about making guacamole! Well, it turned into mush. On the infomercial & recipe directions, it showed that you put all of the ingredients into he blender and pulse. Needless to say, it did not mix correctly. I haven’t tried it again, but next time will go ahead and mix the onions, tomatoes, etc first and then add the avocados. That sounds logical, but I thought I would follow the directions first. Has anyone else made guacamole with their ninja yet that can give me any advise? Thanks!

We used our Ninja daily, but had the same problem George did. The plastic fitted housing for the blade fell apart. After a year it’s trash. I did order a new one. We cannot live without this appliance in the kitchen

Just lost my beloved Ninja Prep, stripped gear moor to blade.
I want to replace the blender but I do not want the plastic gearing! Do you have any suggestions?

I purchased my Ninja at Walmart. Love it. Have told friends and family it is a must have. The only thing I wish that was included is a small cleaning brush to get in all the little areas, plus inside of the small blade cylinder.

MY MOTHER IN LAW GAVE ME A NINJA LAST YEAR FOR CHRISTMAS (THE BLUE SET). I HAD SURGERY IN JANUARY THAT REQUIRED ALL OF MY FOODS TO BE BLENDED…I CALLED MY NINJA MY BEST FRIEND! I HAVE USED MY NINJA SINCE THEN BUT NOTICED THAT I CANT ALWAYS GET THE ELECTRICAL PART TO FIT ON AS IT SHOULD…NOW MY CONNECTION THING IS WORN OUT…LIKE IT’S MELTED OR SOMETHING & WONT WORK I’M SO UPSET ABOUT THIS. I CANT FIND ANY WAY TO CONTACT THE COMPANY…BUT I REALLY WOULD LIKE FOR THEM TO FIX MY NINJA. ANYONE KNOW HOW I CAN CONTACT THEM? A WEBSITE OR A NUMBER??

I purchased a Ninja blender from Fingerhut over two months ago. I received the head and the the two blenders. After washing it, I tried it out and it worked perfectly. I cleaned it up and filled the larger pitcher with fruit per instructions, put the motorized head in place, turned it on – nothing happened. No buzz, no sound, nothing. I removed part of the fruit and items in the pitched, thinking I had too much in it. Tried it again. Nothing. So I retrieved the small pitcher and tried it. Nothing,
After losing all my ingredients, I cleaned the pitchers and put the motorized head on and turned it on. It worked. What have I done or haven’t done to make this work properly? I have seen this model advertized widely on TV. I really would like to be able to use this.
