The Ninja Blender is bigger and a lot more impressive than expected. Created of high quality plastics, the Ninja appears very long lasting. The mixing pitcher is average in sizing (48 oz), however the design isn’t standard. Instead from the typical blender blade, the Ninja pitcher includes a detachable double bladed post which creates a massive distinction in how it combinations, over most blenders.
The Mini Master Prep chopper bowl has a 2-cup capacity with its personal comparable double blade assembly. Some components have a lot of crevices, so it is crucial to wash/rinse the pitcher or chopper instantly right after use. I found it washed very easily when done right away.
My tests incorporated numerous mixing and chopping tasks including filling the blender jug with ice as proven on the packaging. Although it can crush or shave ice perfectly, it’s a two handed operation for a pitcher packed with ice, as the whole unit should be held down firmly while pulsing. Not sufficient pressure would make the blade assembly bounce out of location, after which it had to be emptied/reassembled.

The pitcher’s greatest feat is mixing iced java, tea, fruit or other creamy frozen drinks. The shaved ice lasts a lot lengthier in frozen beverages, than with most blenders. Banana smoothies did not fare as well – the blades do not quite mix the banana enough to enable consuming it easily with a big straw.
The bowl carried out very well, chopping onions, green peppers, celery and other foods, without having any mush whatsoever. The power head is effective and fast; all duties required only a few pulses, some as little as one or two.
Ninja blenders have an edge more than other choppers and blenders – the pitcher and bowl each use a double bladed assembly that chops and blends some foods and liquids a lot more effectively. They share a effective power head that attaches very very easily.
When it comes to mixing just a pitcher packed with ice with no liquid, yes it can make snow, but I discovered it tedious and it generally required more than one try. On the other hand, mixing drinks with both ice and liquid had been the easiest, creamiest and greatest.
I do adore the pitcher for iced coffee, but my favored component is the Mini Master Prep chopper – it is quick, efficient and chops without having generating additional liquids. And also the bowl size is just right for regular chopping/mincing duties like onions, peppers, celery, tomatoes or nuts. It’s got lots of energy to cut cleanly, particularly noticeable with celery.
I’d suggest the Ninja blender a lot more for chopping/mincing than for blending, but that becoming said, it can mix a super creamy iced java.

Wow, I saw this Ninja Blender infomercial on tv and they are asking for around $100 for two blenders. Why do I need two blenders. I’m going to buy my Ninja blender here and come back to share my reviews. Thanks
I just purchased this blender and so far it is pretty awesome. The only complaint I have is that the blender container is a little smaller than I would like…I’m a big dude and I like to cook in bulk. Otherwise the ninja blender has been working like a charm. I’ve been using a cusinart blender for years, and the ninja may become my permanent choice.
I just saw the info-mercial and I am happy I just bought one here.
Thanks for making it easier to buy.
LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!! It has not disappointed me yet. Have a brother who loves frappuccino’s so I bought him one for Christmas. Worth every penny!
I recently purchased 2 of the full size blenders. The problem is—I need a new top! The little plastic circle keeps popping out and you can’t get the lid on! Needless to say—I can’t use it. When it worked it was wonderful. Can you please replace the tops?
Thanks so much!
Carol
Just wondering if anyone had some ninja blender recipes? I just started using this blender to make smoothies, but looking to explore other food options. By the way, this blender makes kick a$$ margaritas and smoothies!
Hi. My ninja just stop spinning. I found that the motor that connects the spinning blades is plastic. Its not working and now I find that its stripped out. What do I do to repair my ninja?
Wow that’s weird…I had my Ninja for a few months and put that blender through a lot of abuse but it still works like new. Were you using it to cut iron wood (just kiddin)? I don’t know anyone that would repair your ninja blender, but I would guess that it would probably cheaper (or cost the same) to just buy a replacement one.
I have had one about a month and really like it until today. The threaded grooves on to of the shaft that spin the blades have wore completely down
I just purchased a Master Prep, my son has once which led to me to buy one. He made a frozen dessert, like ice cream, but used no milk. If I remember right is was ice fruit(frozen) a little sugar. It came out smooth. Does any one have a recipe like this? I don’t know if you would call it a smoothie or ice cream but he texture was like ice cream.
The powerhead drive socket can get striped and also damage the splines on the lower blade unit if the power head is not completely seated down into the splash guard. That is what happened to my wife after just a few uses. Order repair parts at EuroPro.
How do you make iced coffee and ice cream with the Ninja Prep.; without using milk?
it works great but beware the plastic pieces that wear out fast if you are not careful, does anyone know where to buy replacement parts
make sure to register your ninja master prep with Euro-Pro, then you should have access to their replacement parts, accessories, recipes, etc.
Where can I order extra blades for my Ninja, and where do I register it?
I need a new blade for my Ninja blender. Where can I get one?
I just purchased the new ninja blender, and this thing rocks. It’s more powerful and faster than the “old” version. And the black color makes it more appealing to look at. I’ll try put this thing to the test, and see if the durability is worth the price…my old ninja crapped out on me (probably because I accidentally dropped it).
great machine.. but where can i order replacement parts?
I was so looking forward to this product – Ninja Master Prep Deluxe Blender QB950 30 120V 60 HZ 400W.
I’m not exactly certain as to what is wrong with it, but my guess is that the blades, or something, does not line up right. After only one use, the product was useless. It could not be used a second time. I was very careful to follow directions when I used it, and am convinced that it was not my fault, but that the Ninja was faulty.
I would like to return the Ninja. Please send directions.

just tried the ninja blender, and here’s my opinion. the blender is very powerful, and mixes just about anything i put into it…smoothies no problem…chopping meat simple…i’ve read testimonials about the ninja breaking down at some point so i’m a little worried about that. just need to make sure to register the product so i can get replacement parts if/when needed. so far i’m pretty impressed with this blender, however the price is a little on the edge…just hope this mixing monster is worth the price of admission.
We own the blender and like it very much, our only complaint has to do with cleaning to large container top, food collect in the section with the spring inside and there is no to reach it, tried filling the large container with soapy water and running to blender all to no avail. anyone know of a solution to this?
Can you buy replacement blades for this? Or do you have to buy a whole new unit?
Make sure to register your Ninja blender with Euro-Pro, then call their customer service department at 1-800-361-4639. The are open Monday thru Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
I am considering getting the Ninja Pro. I have been using my Magic Bullet for a few years now and love it. Is there anyone on here that replaced their bullet with the Ninja and never regretted it?
Thanks everyone!
Lisa
Lisa, I’ve used the magic bullet for a couple of years, and it was perfect for my individual needs. However, the bullet is kinda small, and I needed something that could make more volume at once. The ninja blender is fairly larger than the bullet, and in my opinion, is a lot more versatile. I’ve been using the ninja for about two months and I like it…especially for smoothies and mixed drinks.
imaging the bullet on steroids, that’s my take on the comparison between the magic bullet and the ninja blender.
Is the NINJA BPA and PVC free?
I’m one of those folks that can’t live without it. I’ve mixed a Shakeology shake with all kinds of ingredients every day for breakfast since the beginning of April. It held up very well until my son started mixing protein shakes. Of course it was “nothing he did”, but he stripped the gear out where it connects to the blades. In his defense, it looks like it would be a better design option to have aluminum at this connection point. I was concerned that they don’t just sell the stripped-out piece. However, since it’s only been 4 months, customer service is hooking me up under warranty with little effort. That tells me a lot about the company. Seems I’m going to be a Ninja fan for some time to come. On the clean-up issue, I clean it out right after every use and have no problem so long as I do that. Let is sit for a bit and those crannies in the lid do prove troublesome.
My pitcher and lid need to be replaced. I just bought this product 3-4 months ago. What do I need to do to get these items replaced ?
I have misplaced the instructions – How can I get a copy that can be mailed to me or downloaded?
My Ninja was wonderful for the few months that I used it but now it is broken..the plastic piece where the top fits is stripped out and I can not use it. How do I get it replaced?? It is still under warranty. Thank You
I LOVE the ninja it’s so nice, but I like the official site more than this one. You can find replacements there.
Has anyone tried vegtables in here too? I am thinking about the Montel Williams blender and I like the idea of smoothies or veggies/fruit drinks, but I have not seen that done in this one, does anybody know?
hi i;m interested in your ninja bullet blender how much is it
Me and my husband had been searching for this blender for ages – it is truly nowhere near our place where we might purchase it at. I finally purchased it yesterday but solely from their official web site as this article recommended:
How/ where can I buy this!!
I’m a single mother that bought this food processor to make my baby food; well it nearly chop three of my fingers and i ended up in the hospital with multiples stiches. this product is very unsafe for anyone to use; should be taken out of the market ASAP. i whish i can upload the pictures of my wounds.
Did you put your hand in the Ninja while it was still plugged in? As with any blender or food processor, fingers are optional…
I’ve heard so many good stuff about the ninja master prep blender, and also some bad stuff. And the bottom line is that EVERY blender on the market will have it’s pro’s and con’s. I’ve used the ninja for about 3 months now, and have nothing but positive things to say about it. It’s one of the most useful blenders in my kitchen (I have four other blenders), and would not think twice about buying another one if/when this one breaks. This may sound biased, but just my two cents…
I am a poud owner of the professional ninja blender, but I am having problems with parts. The Motor works great on any and all things that I have use the blender for, but at the bottom of the motor case were the balde spindle connects to the motor, these parts are made of plastic and wear out. the plastic connection where the spindle goes into the motor does not work. How do I replace this part. If anyone knows let me know. that is without buying anoter motor.
Can the Ninja be used to grind coffee beans?
I purchased a Ninja blender from Fingerhut over two months ago. I received the head and the the two blenders. After washing it, I tried it out and it worked perfectly. I cleaned it up and filled the larger pitcher with fruit per instructions, put the motorized head in place, turned it on – nothing happened. No buzz, no sound, nothing. I removed part of the fruit and items in the pitched, thinking I had too much in it. Tried it again. Nothing. So I retrieved the small pitcher and tried it. Nothing,
After losing all my ingredients, I cleaned the pitchers and put the motorized head on and turned it on. It worked. What have I done or haven’t done to make this work properly? I have seen this model advertized widely on TV. I really would like to be able to use this.
my plastic piece broke too. how do i get a replacement….please let me know cause the ninja was the best!!!!
MY MOTHER IN LAW GAVE ME A NINJA LAST YEAR FOR CHRISTMAS (THE BLUE SET). I HAD SURGERY IN JANUARY THAT REQUIRED ALL OF MY FOODS TO BE BLENDED…I CALLED MY NINJA MY BEST FRIEND! I HAVE USED MY NINJA SINCE THEN BUT NOTICED THAT I CANT ALWAYS GET THE ELECTRICAL PART TO FIT ON AS IT SHOULD…NOW MY CONNECTION THING IS WORN OUT…LIKE IT’S MELTED OR SOMETHING & WONT WORK
I’M SO UPSET ABOUT THIS. I CANT FIND ANY WAY TO CONTACT THE COMPANY…BUT I REALLY WOULD LIKE FOR THEM TO FIX MY NINJA. ANYONE KNOW HOW I CAN CONTACT THEM? A WEBSITE OR A NUMBER??
I purchased my Ninja at Walmart. Love it. Have told friends and family it is a must have. The only thing I wish that was included is a small cleaning brush to get in all the little areas, plus inside of the small blade cylinder.
Just lost my beloved Ninja Prep, stripped gear moor to blade.
I want to replace the blender but I do not want the plastic gearing! Do you have any suggestions?
We used our Ninja daily, but had the same problem George did. The plastic fitted housing for the blade fell apart. After a year it’s trash. I did order a new one. We cannot live without this appliance in the kitchen
where is the reciepe book how do I find it and how about parts
I just purchased my ninja and was very excited about making guacamole! Well, it turned into mush. On the infomercial & recipe directions, it showed that you put all of the ingredients into he blender and pulse. Needless to say, it did not mix correctly. I haven’t tried it again, but next time will go ahead and mix the onions, tomatoes, etc first and then add the avocados. That sounds logical, but I thought I would follow the directions first. Has anyone else made guacamole with their ninja yet that can give me any advise? Thanks!
I am considering buying a Ninja Master Prep. I currently have the need for a blender, food processor and coffee grinder and would like to buy one appliance to meet all 3 needs if possible. Will the Ninja also grind coffee beans?
